What mentors do

Mentoring is not just knowing a subject. Mentors are expected to prepare, follow program guidance, communicate reliably, and create a respectful learning environment.
Lead responsibly
Show up prepared, maintain appropriate boundaries, communicate conflicts, and represent Summit Seekers professionally.
Support learners
Encourage students to ask questions, try again, and build confidence without creating unnecessary pressure.
Mentor pathway

Completing an application does not automatically create a mentor role. Training is required before teaching.
